1) Sponsor
The Her Month Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Shoot 360 (“Sponsor”). Sponsor’s address: 12403 N.E. 60th Wy., #D1 Vancouver, WA 98682.
2) Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 14 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising/promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members of each are not eligible to participate or win.
3) Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM PT on March 1, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM PT on March 31, 2026 (“Sweepstakes Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official time-keeping device.
4) How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
To enter, during the Sweepstakes Period, participants must complete the entry form on the Sweepstakes landing page at:

Limit one (1) entry per person during the Sweepstakes Period. Duplicate entries may be disqualified.
5) Prizes
There will be fifty-one (51) total winners.

Each First Prize Winner will receive:

Grand Prize Winner (1)

Prizes are non-transferable. No cash substitution. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
6) Winner Selection & Odds
Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
Drawing will occur on or about April 1.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
7) Winner Notification
Potential winners will be notified by email and/or phone using the information provided at entry, on or about April 6.
If a potential winner does not respond within 72 hours, is found ineligible, or fails to complete required forms, they may be disqualified and an alternate winner may be selected.
8) Verification / Required Forms
Sponsor may require winners to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release, within a specified time period.
9) Shipping / Delivery
First Prize items may be shipped to the mailing address provided by the winner or made available for pickup at a participating Shoot 360 location (Sponsor’s discretion).
Grand Prize details (membership, package redemption, gear fulfillment) will be coordinated directly with the Grand Prize Winner.
Sponsor is not responsible for undeliverable emails, incorrect addresses, or shipping delays.
10) Taxes
Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and/or use. Sponsor may issue a Form 1099 where required by law.
11) Publicity
Except where prohibited, entry into the Sweepstakes constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, city/state, and prize information for promotional purposes in any media without further compensation.
12) Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising/promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any liability, injury, loss, or damage arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or acceptance/use of any prize.
13) General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process, violating these rules, or acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner.
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failure, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
14) Disputes
All disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal action must be filed in courts located in Clark County.

16) Winners List
To request the winners list, send an email to marketing@shoot360.com with the subject line: “Her Month Sweepstakes Winners List” within 30 days after the Sweepstakes ends.
