The Event is a skill-based basketball contest operated by Shoot 360 and Ballislife. Prizes are awarded solely based on participant performance, ranking, and placement in designated categories as outlined in the Official Event Rules. No prize is awarded by chance. Eligibility is limited to individuals meeting the league’s age, residency, and participation requirements. Void where prohibited.

By registering interest or participating in the Event, individuals consent to be contacted with updates regarding registration, league details, and related promotions. By entering or registering, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with basketball activities and agree to release and hold harmless Shoot 360, Ballislife, and their affiliates, sponsors, and representatives from any liability arising from participation or prize acceptance. All taxes, fees, or other obligations related to prizes are the sole responsibility of the prize recipient.

Shoot 360 and Ballislife reserve the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Event or prizes in the event of unforeseen circumstances, technical difficulties, or causes beyond their control. Participation constitutes consent for Shoot 360 and Ballislife to use participant names, likenesses, and performance data for promotional purposes in any media without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

Official Event Rules, including eligibility requirements, scoring methodology, prize details, and participation terms, will govern in all cases.
