With the recent announcement from Governor Kate Brown outlining a statewide two-week freeze due to a spike in COVID-19 cases, we want to reiterate at Shoot 360 that the health and safety of our members, guests, and their families are our number one priority. Since our facility’s reopening in June, we have been working hard to keep our athletes and their families safe. We have heard countless stories of our customers appreciating us for this, as well as showing genuine concern for the well-being of our staff. As you know, we feel Shoot 360 is more like a family, and we thank you for the outpouring of support we have received as we all navigate these challenging times.
The statewide freeze is set to be in effect from Wednesday, November 18th through Wednesday, December 2nd. During that time, Shoot 360 Beaverton will suspend all operations, as per the requirements of this executive order as it relates to gyms and fitness organizations.

From now until Tuesday, November 17th, we will continue to operate under the current COVID-19 guidelines, including the minimized capacity and mask requirements. If you are already scheduled for training during that time, your workouts will not be affected.
Our goal is to continue to keep the facility poised for a quick return, as well as keep employees financially whole during this time. As long as our doors are closed, we will credit all memberships. As a membership-based facility, our membership dues are a key financial resource for keeping employees financially whole and, therefore, we are unable to refund any past or contracted member fees at this time.
The membership credits will start with the first day of our facility’s closure on Wednesday, November 18th, and will continue through Tuesday, December 2nd, when the initial freeze period is set to end. The membership credits will continue, in the event of an extension of the freeze by the Governor. If you have any billing questions, you can email us at billing@shoot360.com.
We understand that it is ultimately your decision to stay with us, as opposed to suspending or canceling your membership, and we are hopeful that this is a time where we all join together to help get through this temporary crisis so we may resume operations in the very near future.
We are very optimistic that the New Year will bring positive news with regard to normalcy in all of our lives!
We are dedicated to keeping our Shoot 360 family intact through the duration of this global crisis and we are genuinely thankful for every one of our members and their families. We realize this is a complicated and challenging time, and it is important that we are all focused on looking out for one another.
Again, thank you for your understanding and support, and we look forward to seeing you on the court again very soon!
Sincerely,
The Shoot 360 Management Team
